Missing secondary sources as part of composite work separation #1

There was data loss in the separation of composite works--some composite works in the P4 CVS repo have introductions, conclusions, and/or other secondary materials that, because they have no URN, weren't migrated and aren't named. At some point, someone needs to go through and check for these.

@fbaumgardt do you have a folder of any of these still on hand?

I created a complete list of reference/secondary works to assist me in cataloging them so I might be able to identify missing works if you need.

nice! @AlisonBabeu would you feel comfortable publishing that list somewhere online?

I would, but I'm also realizing that the one thing this list is missing is
all of the reference works (commentaries, etc.) that go along with the Livy
works since I was still working on sorting through those several hundred
documents in order to just catalog the top level editions.
