(phi0914.phi001.perseus-lat2.xml) new URN request

For https://github.com/PerseusDL/canonical-latinLit/blob/master/data/phi0914/phi001/phi0914.phi001.perseus-lat2.xml we assigned the above URN.
This edition is based on the Weissenborn - Mueller Teubner books (late 19th-early 20th c) but it does not include the books after 45. So it stops around page 299 here:

The years are uncertain. (I see differences in the edition chosen already) but I made my best guess for a HathiTrust link in the header.

So I have reserved that URN but not yet created a MODS record to put in catalog_pending due to the transient nature of that repository. This also led me to discover one issue with our form/urn generation. I had to create a perseus-lat1 before I created a perseus-lat2. I can redirect or deprecate that first URN but it was annoying not to be able to just create the URN I wanted (maybe I just couldn't figure it out!).
