Insert first option with 0

There are cases, specially when you get the options from the database that you want the first option of the select be empty, with no option showing. For those cases, it would be nice if the plugin could have an option to add the zero/empty option to the beginning of select options. The value of that option should be 0, so we can easily manipulate it in the backend.
