Posts can't be shared on Facebook

I use sharethis extension with piwigo, using modus theme to post my photos to Facebook. It produces error. But if I use bootstrap darkroom it posts properly and share on facebook. But I do like your theme, modus moch more than bootstarp darkroom. I need your help.
