Describe the issue
I have 3 Gistic output from 3 cohorts that ran separately. I just wonder how to incorporate all together to draw 1 copy number oncoplot? And if possible, integrated with variant oncoplot and shown in the main plot? Thanks for suggestions

Is a way to solve this? Any hint is appreciated

Hi,

If you have three maf objects (read them with GISTIC output), you can use maftools::merge_mafs() to get a single unified object. Unfortunately, it is not possible to merge just the GISTIC objects.
