Multiple AA changes from different transcripts

How to keep aaChange and choose the transcript to plot

For example when using annovar to annotate vcf we get AA change from multiple transcripts

'BUB1:ENST00000535254.1:exon5:c.C407T:p.A136V,BUB1:ENST00000302759.6:exon6:c.C467T:p.A156V,BUB1:ENST00000409311.1:exon6:c.C467T:p.A156V'

but upon converting it to annovar only the first is kept is there a way to keep all transcript and choose at the time of lollipop which one to plot this is specially true for MYD88 L256P which is a known driver AAchange but isnt displayed to the removal of it from the maf file?
