The GitHub URL shown in your exception message (https://github.com/lzybkr/PSReadLine/issues/new) indicates that you are using a very old version of PSReadLine module with your PowerShell session (2.0.0-beta2 or prior). Please upgrade to the latest stable v2.3.6 and try again. The issue should've been fixed with newer versions.
