Help! I'm unable to use the escape sequence ~C. #2319

Each time I type in ~C, a prompt pops up saying "commandline disabled".
However, if I initially launch WSL2 within the same environment/terminal and then proceed to connect to the identical SSH server, I'm able to use the ~C escape sequence without any problems. I'm curious, does Win32 - OpenSSH actually support ~C?
