Maybe consider changing the format of the log and move the file to /App_Data/Logs so logs are included in Diplo Trace Log Viewer, which is included in Umbraco Cloud projects.
DanDiplo/UmbracoTraceLogViewer#34

The Trace Log Viewer use a strict regex to split the data in different fields: https://github.com/DanDiplo/UmbracoTraceLogViewer/blob/master/Diplo.TraceLogViewer/Services/LogDataService.cs#L25
