Is there a reason for adding these two ToCents extensions methods https://github.com/Pragmasoft/uCommerce.QuickpayV10/blob/157a9c6064e43162d92db2206fe1288e1b4cdf91/src/Pragmasoft.QuickpayV10.Extensions/Extensions/DecimalExtensions.cs instead of including the following namespace, which already contains these methods.

using UCommerce.Transactions.Payments.Common;
