Selected pipeline on payment is not triggered

In the payment callback after a successful (test) payment and when UCommerce has created a new order, it doesn't seem to trigger the pipeline selected on the payment method (which mostly would be the "Checkout" pipeline.

When I the checkout with a payment method using the "Default Payment Method Service" it does trigger the Checkout pipeline fine after the new order has been created and the code in Checkout pipeline task is executed.
