Problems

A colleague who is familiar with GLPI gave me two interesting feedback on the "answer" form:

  • having to click on "Confidential answer" is pretty annoying and dangerous (i.e. easy to forget)
  • the colors of the different kind of answers in GLPI (e.g. answer, task, solution) helps him to lighten the mental load of knowing the "roles" of the answers

Another colleague:

  • after submitting a solution refusal without message, Bileto asks her to resubmit the message. She naturally wanted to click on the primary button because it felt as if the refusal had been taken into account and she only needed to add a message. However, clicking on this button would approve the solution.

I made some significant changes to this form in #628

Things should be a bit better, in particular, selecting the type of answer (normal, confidential, solution) is the first thing to do now. I'm keeping the ticket open to monitor the feedback.
