First data fetching takes 26-28 seconds and subsequent fetching takes around 7-8 seconds.
Can we start fetching the data as soon as we show the splash screen (whose duration is around 3 seconds).
This would "appear" to save time.

Still the best way is to actually reduce this time by caching the user data on the device.
