🚀 Feature

In this PR we introduced caching of Fee verification: ProvableHQ/snarkVM#2580

In this PR we introduced greedy Execution verification: #3451

We should evaluate whether to verify full Deployments (with slow synthesis) or at least just the fee Execution ahead of time too. This can greatly improve block processing speed.
