[Feature Request] A (configurable) hover delay before triggering tooltip open

Quickly shift-clicking multiple items very quickly introduces a lot of very transient and large GUI flashes as you work through many items. It makes it a bit uncomfortable to visualise inventory operations spatially. If you introduced a default hover wait time of ~200ms or so it would help immensely with those fast mouse actions.
