[Feature request] Change vertical internal resolution

Quick summary

Is it possible to change vertical internal resolution? Like instead of 3840x2160 to use 3840x1645 or 3840x1080? Some games can be run at 21:9 or 32:9 (with patches) but internal resolution remains the same 16:9 and it gives a massive unnecessary performance hit.

Maybe you could indicate a memory address to change? I would change it myself manually.
