I think I found two bugs. One is with the illusion spell "scapegoat". It only works if its cast at a target that's not already hostile to the player. For example, if I use it on a lvl 2 bandit (i'm lvl 10) the bandit attacks me along with all his nearby buddies. If I use it on a mud-crab, it attacks me along with all its buddies. If I used it on a commoner, guard, or other non-hostile they get mobbed by everyone nearby.
Is this intentional? Should I try calming my target before using them as a scapegoat? Any known workarounds?
The second bug is with the phase shift spell. I can only use it once, when I hit my phantom image with it, I teleport as described but the phantom image doesn't move and says something along the lines of "hey! don't do that!". After this no more phantom image spells work on that particular image.
