[Incorrect behavior] [3.5.0] Conflict glitch / false positive

This issue was caused by installing AGhostsPumpkinSoup's Centered CSS mod. ARCropolis claimed the mod conflicted with something so I had it create a config.json file. Here is the contents of that file posted in their entirety:

{ "ui/layout/menu/chara_select_base": [ "", "sd:/ultimate/mods/Centered Character Select" ] }

As you can see, there's no conflicting file listed, only a file folder. Furthermore, there doesn't appear to be anything conflicting with the mod as evidenced by the fact that only one entry is included in the conflict.

I don't know what's happening here and I just thought I would report this.
