Steve Dair Crash

Over the course of the past few months, I've experienced several crashes when fighting against Steve. It always seems to happen when his dair (the anvil) is interrupted in a way where he gets hit by another player; unfortunately, I do not have any video footage of this happening, and I was unable to intentionally recreate it myself. I was not using any mods that altered game mechanics, related to Steve or in general, when these crashes occured.
