Suggestion: Add "Skip update" to update check or display version number

Super small QOL thing, but this would allow mod users to skip an update if no changes apply to their mod list. Either change would allow one update to be skipped, while notifying the user when a subsequent update has been made.

Thanks for the work on this utility, it's amazing!
