As far as I know, NeutralScanner was untouched before it ceased to work.
So what went wrong?
Opening up this issue because it's negatively impacting all of my challenges that use cscanner entities.

This has been a very old issue. I've brought it up elsewhere before but it was never fixed so I just want to leave something here in case it gets forgotten over time.
