Similarly to issue-config, it would be handy if newa recipe could include a different YAML in order to optimize recipe maintenance.

The tricky part might be fixtures merging. Which parts should be extended and which parts should be replaced?
Most likely it would be fixtures where inclusion makes more sense. Should we even support inclusion of dimensions?
