@nisthapanda was running SPRAS and encountered unexpected behavior with node identifiers. Numeric node identifiers were being ignored in the pathway reconstruction algorithms. This was resolved by adding string prefixes to the identifiers.

We should make a small example dataset to try to replicate this behavior.
