Bug report FREEZE after activity finished (Version 3.5.0.1)

A child just finished an activity (I am pretty sure it was the car-activity), the screen turned grey and got stuck. We were unable to navigate forwards or backwards, until a notification saying "RoboTutor stopped responding" appeared.
The app closed, then it was relaunched and it worked again.

Good report -- tablet and time will enable us to find the logs. In fact doing so might be worth automating. We'll need the version too. We can look it up from the tablet but it would be better to include in the issue title.

The tablet name is 955 with version 3.5.0.1 and the activity got stuck on 2022/10/13 at 11:14.
