Some officers not able to broadcast DKP

Hello,

Since our last raid it seems that certain officers are unable to broadcast DKP in any way. We usually just clicked the green/red bulb at the bottom left to broadcast, but no window opens up for some of our officers. We have found that this is because apparently the addon does not register them as an officer: They do not have the two extra tabs "Adjust DKP" and "Manage".

We checked whether other addons were interfering. One officer managed to get Monolith back to working again after disabling all addons except for Monolith and then relogging. Others tried to do the same but it didn't work for them.

Does anyone have any idea why some of our officers are not being registered as officer by Monolith? Any help is greatly appreciated.
