Line 12 reads:

<description>LC8670/description>

...but should read:

<description>LC8670</description>

Malformed XML is causing Ghidra to throw an error on launch.

🤦 Thanks for the report, I didn't realise I hadn't committed and pushed up the local fix I had ages ago after realising the mistake. a519abf should fix this issue.
