"All battles" option for Best cards

Add back the option for "All battles" on the Best Cards page. (https://royaleapi.com/cards/popular)

It will be back. We have to remove it temporarily because with the drastic amount of battles available recently, we have to use a different method to calculate the results (and not try to search in real-time). Doing it in real-time has caused some time outs and contribute to a significant load to the servers.

The optimized solution has been written, but we are waiting for 2 weeks so it can collect enough data for us to deploy it.
