Any way to block Windows 10 Netflix app from auto "starting up" in suspend mode?

I'm completely sure it is not in the auto start up apps, but it doesn't matter. Window still start Netflix in "sleep" suspended mode (the leaf icon on task manager). I'm tired of having to kill that process every time I want to play a game. I also don't want to uninstall Netflix because I use that app... any solution?

How is this at all related to DS4Windows?

Probably the app is preventing DS4Windows from getting exclusive access to the controller (hide ds4 controller option)

if this is related to the app preventing DS4Windows from getting exclusive access to the controller (hide ds4 controller option), then:

1. This option is unreliable and should not be used anymore
2. You should install, reboot then MANUALLY CONFIGURE Hidhide to Hide your real controller in order to prevent the double controller / double input issue
