PS4 Controller Not Recognized

Hello,

After many failed attempts, I cannot for the life of me get DS4Windows to recognize my PS4 controller. I've tried everything on : https://ds4-windows.com/troubleshoot/not-detecting-controller/ . And to no avail it does not work. My system recognizes the controller but DS4Windows cannot. Can anyone help here?

To follow: I've tried just about everything. From checking device options, to checking off "Hide DS4 Controller". I also have tested the controller on gamepad tester and it works properly. Really not sure how to fix.
