updateSettings() doesn't return a promise type in Typescript #193

According to readme

Renamed changeSettings() to updateSettings(), it now returns a promise to indicate completion. It takes the same options object as the constructor.

In typescript updateSettings() returns Bottleneck, which is not a promise.
