Discussion from today:

Utilities are for scripts that are otherwise not helpful for CTDCAL's core functionality

As such, utilities should include:

  • QA/QC tools external to the core Python routine
  • Support tools for conversion/translation between data formats (.nc vs exchange.csv vs .mat, etc.)
