我也是, 现在用陕西移动跟黑龙江移动的, 但是比之前北京移动的换台要慢一点

北京移动的源非移动的用户不能直接获取缓冲ip
而且就算拿到了缓冲ip还需要鉴权，不然只会给你个403看
