Width Fix

• Made the timing bar not lopsided when using ScoreMod, and made it a little less wide

New ScoreMod Compatability

• Made changes to make TimingBar compatible with ScoreMod 1.2.0.2
• Switching between score systems in ScoreMod will now immediately update the timing bar
• Made the timing bar a little wider, now covering the full -130ms to 130ms range
