.slugignore file - Mising NodeJS example #2871

The .slugignore file documentation (https://doc.scalingo.com/platform/app/slugignore) shows examples for some technologies but a NodeJS section is missing.

I understand that we can't write a section for all technologies/languages but IMO NodeJS is too big to be missed 🙂
