Gaussian Quadrature has arrived

In v0.2 of NumericalNim I have added Gauss-Legendre Quadrature to the list of 1D integration methods. You can choose between 20 different accuracies ranging from 1 to 20 function evaluations per sub-interval. You reach it using the proc gaussQuad in the integrate submodule.

Initial Release

This is the initial release so be prepared for bugs and all kinds of shenanigans.
