Idk what this means but I'm seeing it pop up a lot in my nelson.cli terminal gui(IPv6 address edited out):

│19:11:35.811 16600::NODE Error binding/adding ::ffff:..1.** 16600 │
│Error: WebSocket is not open: readyState 3 (CLOSED)

The address always appears to be an IPv4 address mapped to IPv6 format.

Nelson's otherwise working just fine.

Operating System: Ubuntu 16.04
Node (npm) Version: 8.9.4
IRI Version: 1.4.2.2
Nelson version: 0.4
