Confirmed transactions do not spread from the Tangle to my node #61

Expected behaviour

Balance should be updated once a transaction is confirmed.

Actual behaviour

Address balance is 0 on my node whereas address balance is 1 on bitfinex node.

Steps to reproduce

Launch your node
Send a iota to an address
Once the transaction is confirmed, compare the balance of the adress using bitfinex node and on yours

It has been more than 24 hours since my transaction was confirmed.
