Is there an existing issue for this?

I have searched the existing issues

This issue exists in the latest nightly version

I am using the latest nightly version

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Opera

Current Behavior

Only a small vertical slice of the UI shows up when clicking the extension icon on the top right.

Expected Behavior

For the full UI to show up.

Steps To Reproduce

On Opera GX, click the extension icon on the top right.
