Building an executable

Hello, I was starting with Radiance as a way to find a framework for a simple web application. I
was interested in having the product being an executable which I can produce with asdf:make or
other solutions.

From what I saw in the documentation there was almost nothing about releasing the result and nothing
about compiling the application.

It is considered for a service based on radiance to be compiled in an executable?

It is possible, as demonstrated by https://github.com/Shirakumo/courier/releases/tag/0.9.1

It's expected that you use the Deploy system to create a release. It should ensure the proper directory structure and all.
