Not apply Free Shipping Discount on checkout web url on some web themes #732

When we applied a free shipping discount in the checkout flow on storefront and switched from the url to the web via checkout, we observed that the free shipping discount was not applied in stores with some different themes (probably in themes created with Cart flow).
