edit: downgrading ddnt work either on stable version...advise...
i did reset cache and trade site is up

I am releasing a new prerelease version. Once you try it, can you let us know if it fixes your problem? If not, I would like to get the logs. Logs are located at %appdata%/sidekick .

Having same issue with the portable version. After installing .exe works fine

I've been getting help from Discord members tracking this issue down. We tried multiple things but still came up with no solution. I have an idea, but it requires a pretty large amount of work. I am working on stabilizing other issues for now.

If a dev wants to take a stab at this, let me know on Discord we can discuss what has been tried so far and my idea.

it seems to be working now on the latest pre-release, thanks a million cus I've been having similar issues on Awakened PoE Trade that they kinda shrugged off...maybe if you have the knowledge you can go over their git and help them fix this issue for poe1?
im sure ppl in my country/vpn users will 100% face... and yes sometimes there is no other choice, and we have to use VPNs always all the time cus government blocks and censors the internet heavily.
