Cannot run HTML onclick functions?

Good day, I am a plugin and aircraft developer for the online flight simulator GeoFs. I have recieved feedback from the community whom are using this bookmarklet console to run it due to school restrictions, and all of them are having the same issue, which I believe to be an issue with the console itself.

All of my plugins which rely on HTML UIs are broken when run through this console.

When the respective "engine start" buttons are pressed, the HTML onclick function is not executing, making the plugin useless for most people.
