DATAGO-96072: add component disabling feature

What is the purpose of this change?

We need to disable components using a flag rather than removing or commenting the component. This feature allows us to create generic workflows by enabling/disabling components based on use cases.

How is this accomplished?

• Removed the disabling feature from the text splitter component.
• Controlled the disabling/enabling component in the flow for each component.
• Raise an error whenever there is no active component in a flow.

Anything reviews should focus on/be aware of?

• Check any special edge cases when a component is disabled.
