Instructions unclear, can you elaborate more?

@eoussama so when I tried to compile build-normal an error appears

    + CategoryInfo          : ParserError: (:) [], ParentContainsErrorRecordException
    + FullyQualifiedErrorId : MissingExpressionAfterOperator```
