Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If one uses advanced editing mode from something like Valheim+, each time you move and save position, XPortal will save a new no-name portal in the list.
Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like the option to remove these portals from the list somehow. Either by having some kind of "does this portal actually exist" check or with a manual delete button or even a console command.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I suppose the alternative is never adjusting the portals manually, but that would be more of a workaround than an alternative.
Additional context
You can also see when one of the 'ghost' portals is selected as the destination, the portal is not usable (either it thinks it's linking to itself or it's failing because there's no actual portal anymore, if I had to guess).

I'm tempted to close this issue since it seems closing and re-opening the game has removed all the dud no-name portals from the list, but it is still annoying to have to do that every time I want to adjust a portal's position slightly
Hi @King-Burgers, sadly due to its complexity, using Valheim+ is not recommended/supported when you use XPortal.
If you want to provide your logs, I can look into it, maybe there's an easy work-around for this issue, but most likely this can't be solved without incurring severe mental health issues for the developer (me) :)
Also for things that are broken, like this, I recommend using the Bug Report template, not Feature Request. It will ask you more relevant questions.
