It would be nice to support a variety of formats of date and time :)
When implementing this, https://github.com/PEXPlugins/PermissionsEx/blob/master/permissionsex-core/src/main/kotlin/ca/stellardrift/permissionsex/context/context-types.kt#L55 might be a useful inspiration for the types of time formats to accept, as well as https://github.com/toml-lang/toml#user-content-offset-date-time for what formats TOML accepts and https://yaml.org/type/timestamp.html for the formats that YAML accepts
