Adding a ‘task’ or ‘to do’ type of note

@utnim2 - appreciate your enthusiasm, but let me flesh this out and I am going to let @Abhijay007 take a first crack at it because they were first in line. I need to remember first if this is ready for active development. I will be adding more tasks ready for contributions too, outside of this.

This resurfaced again - being able to add another category of note, such as "decision". This maybe could be a general tagging, not necessarily pre-defined categories that are hard-coded into the app.
