How do I use DepotDownloder on SteamOS?

Hey all, I have no clue how to use this on SteamOS. I have the file and I try to execute it in dolphin and nothing comes up, and I try to execute it in the terminal but it cannot find the file, despite directly linking it.

EDIT I seemed to have changed the name of the file, whoops. It works now😅
