[Feature Request]: Retro add tags/labels to brainstorm items

Description

During retros it would be helpful to tag/label brainstorm items with status like "not team responsibility" so that teams can quickly understand the state of some feedback.

Describe the solution you'd like

Ability to define custom tags or labels per retro (stretch goal set of common per team/org) and apply them to individual retro items.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Relying on comments however that requires clicking into the comments to view versus displaying a quick tag on the item row.
