  1. Tie susceptible populations to infections they're susceptible to (might need new object property, also see https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30365026/
  2. Add terms for fungal assays/testing and antigen terms, Regina Hurley might have updates about antigen term
  3. Clarify mold/dimorphic/yeast distinctions aren’t meant to be absolute
  4. Ensure antifungal resistance is supposed to be under protective resistance (Unclear if protective resistance http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/IDO_0000444 is referring to damage done to the host or damage done to an infection, need to reach out to IDO people or check other uses of it)
  5. Add datatype for UNITE cross references
  6. “normal resident microbiota population”(IDO_0000515) for fungal colonies like candida (There are some fungal infections who's fungal pathogen basis can exist normally in healthy people, candida for instance, which is only pathogenic after undergoing dimorphic transformation)
  7. Look into new dimorphic dispositions (Use dimorphic fungi dispositions to describe the change from yeast to mold or mold to yeast)
  8. Make distinction clear between fungicide and antifungal

NOTE - Originally these were all separately listed issues on this repo. I've condensed them here because they are more akin to "to do" items than issues. If you have any recommendations, please preface with the to-do item number you are responding to. Thank you!
